We are pleased to be in a partnership with the National Forest Foundation. Through our “Magic Tree Program,” we plant 25 trees per flight, in honor of our respective clients. On top of delivering excellent service and rates, we make an effort to participate in the restoration of our cherished public lands.
Wes Swaffar, the National Forest Foundation's Ecosystem Services Program Manager said, “The NFF is very excited to continue this valuable partnership with Magic Jet Group. Planting these trees helps to improve the health of our National Forests by sequestering carbon, providing clean water, crucial wildlife habitat and enhancing recreational opportunities.”
All trees have been planted on National Forests lands within their native range that have been deforested by natural disasters such as wildfire, insect outbreaks, or wind events. As these trees grow, they will help sequester carbon dioxide, and will release oxygen. Tree planting helps to offset the carbon dioxide that is emitted by planes during flight.
